As many of you have been waiting for, the day that iSwifty quits is actually upon us this time. This time, I'm serious. All jokes aside. With quitting, comes a long list of memories that I want my friends to remember. Before I get into that however, I just want to give a big thanks to @OhiowaState, my brother, for sticking with me throughout my factions experience, and coming along with me for the good times and the bad times. Couldn't have come this far without his help. I also want to discuss why I'm quitting. There's a long list of reasons as to why I'm leaving, so here it is. Brief and short, for each reason. Cosmic is Dying - Yes, its true. Cosmic is dying very slowly. Combining planets is one way to see this evidence. So many people are quitting, and it doesn't feel like the old cosmic that it once was. I've seen so many friends quit, factions fall apart, and pvp come to a complete stop on the Dungeon Planet (No Comp!). I guess what I'm trying to say, is that I don't want to waste my time anymore hoping for it to regain its popularity, when clearly, its just going downhill, and I might as well go downhill with it. Playing too much - In my opinion, cosmic has wasted a big portion of my life. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the time spent on it, with my friends, faction, and enemies. It was a good overall experience, but to put it plain and simple, I've spent too much time on it, and I want to take my life back to what it once was. (I know cosmic is addicting!). I even played cosmic over a vacation, and thinking back, I shouldn't of have. Plus, the time required to become good at this game is too much. Either you go Pay to win, or you grind day by day to become good. I don't enjoy that. The Toxicity - With factions comes toxicity. Many people throughout my time on cosmic were either super greedy, toxic, or just rude in general. I had numerous amounts of people tell me throughout my experience on cosmic that I wasn't good enough, or that I couldn't get my own kills, and do this or that. I'm officially tired of it all. I'm tired of having to deal with kids who think they are something special because they can click their mouse faster than I can, or they can aim better, pot better, etc. If I quit today, I'll be better off then them tomorrow. Another point I'd like to bring up in this category, is the fact that I've lagged out in over 3 phantom sets because of my internet, and the people who collected them, didn't return the gear. I've seen my own faction members scum each other over gear, and I hate it. That is what cosmic has come to. New opportunities - Leaving Cosmic guarantees me many things. I will be able to hang out with friends more often, hang out with the family more often, practice for sports more, get a new job, and the list goes on and on. This is self explanatory. More time opens up for more opportunities. Not as fun - Back in the day, cosmic was fun in my opinion. People would actually pvp, especially Dungeon Map 2-4. Now the competition is dead, the planet is run by wild pvpers, derpers, and more. It gets annoying. I come online for pvp, and I don't see any. I know many of Indigo can agree with me on that part. (By the way, if you start bein toxic in these comments I won't reply.) Dying - Who likes dying? Obviously I don't like taking Ls, so of course this would be a reason. I don't like grinding up stuff just to get cheap shotted, whether that's getting 2 tapped, derped, tp trapped, killed by bosses, lagging out, fall damage, suffocation, and more. Which is another reason I quit. What's the point in playing, if your just going to lose the gear you achieve anyway? You'll always end up angry, and thirsty for more gear. Its an unending cycle I don't want to be apart of. Alright time for the memories spotlight. Big thanks to all these people. NOTE: Not everyone was listed, many don't have an account here on the forums, so I'm sorry if you weren't counted in. These were the people who were my true friends. They never switched up, and kept it 100% with me at all times. Hardly ever toxic, well-rounded, good people. You will see them mentioned in my memories. OhiowaState, Mike (Carolina), Alec (Stanley_), TheBungHolster, Kobi (Shequefa), Tucker (PapiTucker), Iain_B_Little, Cagati, Brandon (Zombipoo), Scary___, Lagje, NoHaxAF, Tayla (UFatOaf), Sqaw, M3mes___, Wristed, Tyrone (tmfms5), Luke (Mcchicken___), _Eco, IBean, IBlanket, Fanboy, Gamerplays, Josh (GoToBedTriggered), AngelsPvp, Suft_, iPrincey, blairconstruct, Lyoben, Royal, qBear, 20mil, Gankn, Jumpman, NinjaSpyMa, Buddy___, Vesuvius28, Smoged, 4kping, aidan, and much more. Memories: Map 1 Pirate: I was a noob from Pirate map 1, so I don't remember much about what happened. But I do remember when I unarmed a kid in full 9 lore, and ended up getting out with the gear as a trainee. When this happened, I sold the pieces for 10k, then 100k, then 1m, then 2m, each, which sold instantly. With that money, me and my brother, @OhiowaState, bought a 1 claimed chunk base with a IG Spawner in there to make money. Looking back, I have to give myself a smack in the face, man I was dumb . Map 2 Dungeon: After transferring over to dungeon, It was basically me and my brother on our own. We spent countless of hours trying to grind our way to the top. We made a faction called "Combat" and built our first base with a skeleton, spider, and zombie spawner. With this grinder, I remember grinding for hours to try and get a inquisitive book that we thought was super good at the time. Once we got these swords, we would grind for days. I remember my grinding sword was called Grind4Days. After building that base, we decided to eventually move to a bigger 2x2 base with some normal walls and 1 regen. At this base, we met Mike (AKA. Carolina, Top500TorbMain, Creza, SloppyPullouts, etc) and Alec, (Stanley_) where we allied up and would spend nights talking, grinding, and pvping at plains warp. I remember Stanley_ helping me with many item nametags, tips, and more. Thanks to him for that. Later on in that map, after we got raided by Crehdits, we moved bases to a 1x1 boarder base, with 3 offset regens and a few walls. At the time, regens were the best defense on cosmic. Hardly anyone raided them. We never got raided. In fact, we had around 60 blazes, and tons of chests for the blaze rods with our Looting 5's. We also had around 30 IGs. Those were the good days, grinding and planning out god sets. I remember making so much money, to actually get a god set. Unfortunately, I ended up getting scummed by Poppy, ZedTheGod, and DeltaKnight at plains. But this was a big lesson, not to trust others as much as I did. Map 3 Dungeon: I don't remember a whole lot about this map. However, I really started to get into pvp this map. This map, I do remember, however, making a faction called "Tyrant." In this faction, we made a 2x2 base, with 3 offset regens, regen filters, and normal walls. I remember getting up to f top 5, with 386 million dollars worth of spawners, which was big for us at the time. However, we continuously got raided, by NapkinsOfLies or truth, can't remember. We eventually split up, me and my brother went to join Potato, which was at the time known as Vapenation. This is where we get into the good old times. I remember spending hours of time learning how to become good at pvp, and practicing map 3. I looked up to people like Princey and Scary for guidance. Most of my time spent on cosmic was pvping south east desert, and getting 2 tapped by Poppy, when divine was super overpowered. Vapenation vs Fatality, or Slaughter at the time, was the good moments. My brother and JeremyGascan, would raid bases for fun at night. I remember also being their chunk loaders. We raided Mcdonalds, and many others, which was super fun. Map 4 Dungeon: We started that map with a corner base. I remember that we had a complete 8x8 base in the corner of the map, but we could never get the claims off of hydra who would continuously cobble monster our base. (Honni if your reading this, I still am somewhat angry about it). We left that base eventually after we got our god sets up. East desert was the main source of pvp, so i remember fighting Slaughter, and fancy, there much of the time. Eventually we would go North east desert to see TheBungHolster bow spamming, and Fruity attempting to derp us with their mass numbers. Over all, this was the main peak of divine and natures. Everybody wanted them. That is what made our faction so good back then. We had a gank with both enchants. As for me, I became a very good pvper this map. I remember soloing a few people, and fighting alongside some unexpected allies like Vesuvius28 at times. I also remember capping my first koth. However, what sucked about this map, is this was also the peak of cosmic's growth. People started to quit when this map was over. iPrincey left. iiqueeny left, and several more of my friends quit. But yet, I continued on, playing with my buddies till the next map over. Map 5 Dungeon: We started this map off with our 5x5 base on the side of the warzone. We could never complete it however, because of our lack of interest, and our motivation to go pvp. Eventually, my buddies started to quit even more. Aidan became inactive, Josh (GoToBedTriggered) became inactive, and much more. We spent this whole map basically pvping. I remember our derps getting scummed both North east spawn, and east desert. I also remember Rogue coming in and basically taking over the pvp North east spawn, and desert. Eventually, my faction split up. Tucker (PapiTucker), and the inactives stayed in one faction, while I met up with a few friends known as TheBungHolster, and Kobi who came from Demon. We basically spent the map pvping in a small gank. This gank was my day 1 buddies. It consisted of Me, Bung, Kobi, Scary, Ohiowa, Iain, Tayla, and occasionally a allied faction member like Cagati, Zombipoo, etc. This map I remember getting a lot of pvp. I made a wild pvp trap that was the best. It had regens on it, and several walls to prevent cannoning. I would solo so many kids there. Up till the end of the map, we would basically just pvp for the hell of it. I had a blast. I was doing well pvping, and having fun. I actually at one point got up to 2 pvs of god, which was good for a laptop player . This map I also remember lagging out in 3 phantom sets, which kind of pissed me off. Even the last 2 days of reset, I lagged out in one. However, to make up for that, I solo'd 2 kids in phantom to showcase. So it was a win-win for me. Map 6 Dungeon: Decided to take a turn and join DragonSlayer, and make a combined faction of Northkorea, Potato, and Slaughter. (At least the ones who continued to play). This faction is called Indigo. We currently have a 14x14 side base, and I remember just yesterday me doing 20 regens. Most of my time spent this map was doing basework, and pvping a bit in my yijki. However, I actually died in the yijki to getting 2-tapped by a cheater, which kinda sucked. The pvp had been somewhat stale. Many people hardly pvp, and the best pvp out there was the wild pvp 1v1s. And after I died in yijki, I had just had enough of it. I couldn't continue on much longer. Currently: As for now, I say goodbye to all my friends who helped me along the way. I say goodbye to cosmic for giving me a good amount of memories, I wont forget. I could go on and on about every little detail that happened in each map, but that would take too long. Sorry if I missed one, or if you thought you should have been in one. As for my account, I gave my account to my brother Ohiowa to play on, and everything I own to him. If you see me on, just know it's him. I may get on once in a while to check on buddies, basework, and things like that, but otherwise, don't expect me to be on anytime soon. Thanks for your time watching this my friends. Its time for me to go downhill with the game. This is just the beginning. Pce out cosmic. P.s If you need to find me I'll most likely be playing Fortnite, so HMU if you wanna play duos, squads, etc. Sorry about this long novel, tried to keep it as short as I could , perhaps one day I will come back if things start to change. But that is most likely not happening.
